The gîte may accomodate 8/10 people. It covers 220 square meters, consisting of :
Ground floor :

an entrance hall 20 m²
a living room with a fireplace, TV, CD/DVD
a dining room
a large fully equipped kitchen and pantry (dishwasher and microwave),
a laundry-room with a washingmachine and drier,
Toilet,
a first bedroom, called "Muguet", (corn-flower) 23 square metre with one double bed, a single bed and a child's bed and a private bathroom.
a second bedroom, called "Airial", 23 square metres with a double bed and a single bed and a private bathroom.
a 40 square metres terrace.

Upstairs (sloping ceilings) :

a bedroom called "Jonquille" (daffodil) with a double bed,
another bedroom, called "Tombouctou" with 2 single beds,
a bathroom,
toilet.


	Monsalut is within easy walking distance from the nearly villages Gazinet and Cestas The House is located between a typical "Landes airial" and a few minutes walk from the woods and the lake of Monsalut. Ferruginious springs and a bee-keeping museum, sports grounds fishing facilities, fields where horses graze peacefully, the "Bouzet" sports grounds, shops and railway station, all within 2 kms The Pessac golf-course is 4 kms away The "Bassin d'Arcachon" and the Atlantic Ocean, within half an hour's drive The "Graves" wineyards(Léognan et Pessac) are a few kms away 20 kms to the Médoc vineyards and 50 kms to the Libourne-St Emilion wine producing area
